Barker Ross Group is recruiting a Compliance Administrator for student accommodation in Lincoln. This temporary role starts as soon as possible and runs until the end of September, with potential extension.
It is a full-time position, 37 hours per week, Monday to Thursday 8.30am-5.00pm and Friday 8.30am-4.30pm. The role supports the Head of Campus Operations and Accommodation Manager with health, safety, statutory compliance and UUK Code of Practice management, requiring accurate data handling
Our well-established client has been educating students for over 160 years in the heart of historic Lincoln. They now have an exciting opportunity for a Compliance Administrator - Student Accommodation to join their team as soon as possible!
The role will be a temporary position, starting as soon as possible and lasting until the end of September initially but does have the potential to be extended.
This is a full time opportunity, working 37 hours per week - Monday to Thursday 8.30am - 5.00pm & 8.30am - 4.30pm Friday.
The pay rate for the role will be £12.89 per hour.
The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to the Head of Campus Operations and Accommodation Manager in the review and organisation of health, safety, statutory compliance and UUK Code of Practice for the management of student accommodation.
We are looking for candidates with previous administrative experience within a busy office environment, strong attention to detail and good Microsoft Office skills (particularly Word and Excel).
Experience of maintaining accurate records, managing large volumes of information, formatting documents and supporting compliance, estates, facilities, accommodation or health and safety administration would be beneficial.
