Amey is seeking a Compliance Administrator to join the Northampton Schools account on site in Waterside Way, Northampton. The role involves developing the PPM schedule, coordinating maintenance activities, and ensuring compliance with UK standards.
The position is permanent, 37.5 hours per week, with salary dependent on experience. You will act as a primary contact for contractors, maintain records in CAFM/CMMS, and support procurement while upholding health & safety policies.

The salary is dependent on experience
The standard hours of work are 37.5 hours per week. Monday - Friday
Amey delivers facilities and estate management services to the Northampton Schools Private Finance Initiative across an estate of 42 schools (five secondary and 37 primary).
