A leading company in the engineering sector is seeking a Compliance Administrator responsible for managing compliance standards across UK sites. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, ensuring adherence to statutory regulations and contributing to a culture of safety and excellence. The role offers flexibility in working arrangements and opportunities for professional growth.
Are you a well organised Compliance Administrator? Do you have experience of defect tracking and compliance recording gained with a facilities management or engineering environment? Are you passionate about health, safety and compliance?
We are currently looking for a Compliance Administrator to join our Engineering team. This key role ensures that all our electrical and mechanical equipment across our UK sites meets legal and regulatory requirements. There may be an opportunity to visit site occasionally if you wish but this is predominantly an office based role so you can either work from home or at one of our offices across the UK including Birmingham, London, Bristol, Loughborough, Leicester, Salford, Chester-le-Street and other locations.

Main Responsibilities
Reporting directly to Company Electrical Engineering Manager the Compliance Administrator will be responsible for managing and coordinating the statutory inspection process across multiple UK sites. This role ensures that all equipment and facilities meet legal and regulatory requirements through periodic inspections, with a key focus on High Voltage equipment and switchgear, Low Voltage Fixed Electrical Wiring, PAT, lifting equipment, structural inspections, and pressure systems.

The ideal candidate for the role of Compliance Administrator will have proven experience gained within an administrative role in a compliance, facilities management, or engineering environment. You will have strong communication and organisational skills, knowledge of compliance records and the ability to oversee defect tracking.
