Smith Nephew is seeking a clinical specialist for Advanced Wound Management to serve North Wales and Midlands. You will deliver hands-on clinical support, education, and advocacy to healthcare professionals in community settings, helping clinicians choose the right wound therapies and improve patient outcomes.

The role blends hands-on support with education and relationship-building, requiring NHS experience, strong organisational skills, and a passion for learning within a hybrid work

• Registered General Nurse or allied health professional with NHS clinical experience and an interest in wound care and NPWT.
• Ability to deliver confident clinical education and build trust with a wide range of community based healthcare professionals.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage your territory, relationships and training programmes effectively.
• Passion for continuous learning and for representing solutions that genuinely improve patient outcomes.

You will guide decision makers, deliver high quality education, strengthen advocacy for our therapies and ensure patients receive the right solutions at the right time. Your work will directly influence how our products are used across your territory while helping clinicians feel confident and supported in their practice.
