Job summary

AtkinsRéalis Group seeks an experienced Proposal Manager to join its Complex Projects proposals team. You will lead end-to-end bid management, from capture to post-submission, coordinating with technical leads and stakeholders to deliver persuasive, compliant proposals for high-value programmes.

The role requires strong writing, planning and stakeholder engagement skills, with a track record in regulated or infrastructure-led environments.

Qualifications

• Proven track record in end-to-end bid management.
• Experience in complex, regulated or infrastructure-led bids.
• Excellent writing and editing skills with a clear, structured style.
• Strong stakeholder engagement across technical and commercial teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage bids end-to-end from capture to post-submission activities.
• Lead bid strategy, planning and drumbeats; drive answer planning sessions.
• Coordinate inputs from technical SMEs to produce compelling content.
• Conduct quality reviews and ensure compliance across proposals.
• Support continuous improvement with lessons learned and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with Win Work, technical teams and stakeholders to shape winning strategies.
