Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEND setting in Bedlington. The role focuses on helping pupils access education, develop life skills and build confidence in a supportive and inclusive environment.

You will work alongside teachers and therapists, support communication and independence, and contribute to safeguarding training and ongoing professional development offered by Protocol Education.

Qualifications

• All applicants require the appropriate qualifications and training for this role.
• Experience in SEND or specialist education is advantageous.
