Job summary

Protocol Education is recruiting a full-time SEND Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming specialist school in Northumberland. You will provide 1:1 and small group support, adapt activities for individual needs, and help learners communicate and progress within an inclusive setting.

The role supports pupils with additional needs and involves working with teachers and support staff to celebrate progress and build confidence across the learning day.

Qualifications

• Patient, caring and proactive with a passion for helping children succeed.
• Experience in education, care, youth work or support work is desirable but not essential.
