Qualifications

• Experience supporting students with complex needs and ASC
• Ability to adapt activities to individual sensory/communication needs
• Strong safeguarding and teamwork abilities

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one and small group support to students with complex needs
• Support ASC students to access learning and participate in school life
• Adapt activities to meet individual learning, sensory, and communication needs
• Promote emotional regulation, positive behaviour and independence
• Monitor engagement and share observations with teachers and support staff
• Maintain a calm, inclusive environment where students feel safe and supported
