Job summary

GSL Education in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, is seeking a patient Complex Needs Teaching Assistant to support pupils with a range of needs across schools and specialist settings. Responsibilities

Provide personalised one-to-one and small-group support based on individual learner needs
Assist students with accessing classroom activities, communication and daily learning routines
Support emotional regulation, engagement and independence through appropriate strategies
Collaborate with teachers and SEND professionals to implement learning and support plans
Monitor student progress and communicate observations to the school team
Promote a safe, inclusive and structured learning environment
