Job summary

Tradewind Recruitment is currently recruiting for a Complex Needs Specialist Teaching Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in North Liverpool. This is a rewarding long-term opportunity for a caring, patient and resilient TA who supports pupils with complex needs, autism and significant learning difficulties on a 1:1 and small-group basis.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting pupils with complex needs.
• Experience with autism and/or profound learning needs.
• Calm, patient and nurturing approach.
• Ability to calmly manage challenging or unpredictable situations.
• Committed to helping pupils achieve their potential.
• Works well as part of a specialist school team.

Responsibilities
