Job summary

Senovo Resourcing Ltd is seeking a dependable Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant to join a specialist SEN school in Westminster.

You will support pupils with complex learning, communication and sensory needs, contribute to accessible lessons, and follow individual learning, regulation and care plans.

This temporary, PAYE role offers £105–£145 per day and requires no QTS. You will work with teachers, therapists and care colleagues to enable meaningful participation.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience supporting children or young people with complex needs.
• Calm, respectful approach and confidence responding to individual communication.
• Reliability, safeguarding awareness and clear record keeping.
• QTS is not required for this learning-support role.
