Salary: 100 - 120 per day
Contract: Full-time, Monday to Friday (8:30am - 4:00pm)

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Needs Learning Support Assistant to join a welcoming and supportive SEN secondary school in Greenwich. This role is based within a PMLD (Profound and Multiple Learning Difficulties) unit on site, supporting secondary-aged students with a range of complex needs.
This is a full-time, term-time position and would suit someone with a genuine passion for supporting young people with special educational needs and disabilities.
Provide 1:1 and group support to students with profound and multiple learning difficulties.
Assist with personal care tasks, including toileting and feeding, with dignity and respect.
Support students with physical and sensory impairments, communication needs, and medical conditions.
Work collaboratively with class teachers, therapists, and other support staff to create a safe and engaging learning environment.
Promote the physical, social, and emotional development of all students.
Recent experience working in a secondary school setting is essential.
Previous experience supporting students with complex SEN, ideally within a PMLD or similar environment.
Comfortable and confident with delivering personal care.
A calm, patient, and empathetic approach.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
A current Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
Work in a highly regarded SEN school with a specialist PMLD provision.

Daily rate of 100 - 120, depending on experience.
