Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant - Outstanding SEN School - Kingston - Immediate Start

Tradewind Recruitment is working in partnership with an Outstanding-rated SEN school in Kingston, South West London, to recruit an experienced Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity running through to the end of the academic year, offering a competitive daily rate between 90- 110, depending on experience.

The school is seeking dedicated support staff to work with either primary or secondary students who have Autism and Complex Needs. You'll play a vital role in helping students develop both academically and socially, providing tailored support on a 1:1 and small group basis while fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Conveniently located, the school is easily reached via public transport with strong rail and bus connections.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience working with children or young people with Special Educational Needs (SEN)

  • An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)

  • Professional references covering the past 10 years where applicable

  • The legal right to work in the UK
