Job summary

Blueberry Specialist Lending in the UK is seeking an experienced Mortgage Adviser to join our growing team and expand our specialist lending capability.

You’ll own mortgage enquiries from initial conversation to completion, working with clients, lenders and introducers, and developing a strong pipeline of opportunities. The role covers residential, Buy-to-Let, limited company and complex lending scenarios, including bridging and development finance. CeMAP or equivalent qualification is required.

Qualifications

• Must have CeMAP or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in mortgages, property finance or specialist lending.
• Ability to assess, structure and progress applications.
• Commercially ambitious, proactive and solutions focused.
• Strong client, lender and introducer relationship skills.
• Commitment to high service and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of mortgage enquiries from initial conversation through to completion.
• Work closely with clients, lenders, introducers and professional partners.
• Develop introducer relationships, generating new business and building a strong pipeline of opportunities.
• Manage residential, Buy-to-Let, limited company and portfolio lending scenarios.
• Assess, structure and progress applications to completion.
• Ensure service levels and compliance standards are maintained.
