Responsibilities

• Reviewing new applications and supporting documentation
• Completing credit, AML and Land Registry searches
• Coordinating valuations and chasing outstanding requirements
• Working closely with Underwriters and Lending Managers
• Preparing accurate mortgage and offer documentation
• Keeping brokers updated throughout the application process
• Ensuring case data and documentation are accurate and complete
• Supporting quality checking and identifying potential risks

The team provides specialist Buy-to-Let, residential investment and semicommercial finance to professional property investors and landlords, including larger and more complex transactions.
