We are looking for a compassionate, experienced Female Healthcare Assistant to join a dedicated care team supporting a client with complex health needs in their family home..
This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and building a positive relationship with both the client and family. The client's mother is actively involved in care planning and support, so we are seeking someone who is confident, resilient, professional, and comfortable working closely with family members.
You will provide high-quality, one-to-one support, helping to promote comfort, wellbeing, dignity and independence while ensuring all clinical needs are safely managed.
Your responsibilities will include:
We're keen to hear from experienced carers who have:
A minimum of 12 months' complex care experience
Strong experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and seizure management
Experience working with Acquired Brain Injury (ABI), including post-traumatic amnesia
Experience managing complex medication regimes
A caring, patient and family-centred approach
Excellent communication skills
The ability to work independently within a home environment
A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location)

Experience supporting individuals with epilepsy and acquired brain injury is highly desirable, as is the ability to bring confidence, reassurance and consistency to the care environment.
