Qualifications

• Strong experience in complex contract management within a project-based environment.
• Proven ability to manage commercial risk, change, and negotiation activity.
• Strong financial and contractual acumen.
• Experience with large-scale or highly regulated environments desirable.

Responsibilities

• Managing complex contracts across the full lifecycle, including change control, claims, and negotiations
• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating commercial risks and contractual exposures
• Ensuring contractual, regulatory, and governance compliance across all activities
• Acting as a key interface for customers and senior stakeholders on commercial matters
• Supporting negotiation strategies to achieve balanced, sustainable commercial outcomes
