Job summary

Copello is seeking an experienced Contracts & Subcontracts Manager to lead commercial and contract execution strategies across key customer and subcontractor relationships. You will oversee all phases of the contract lifecycle, from initial business case and bid decisions through tendering, negotiation, programme execution and close-out.

Qualifications

• Experience drafting and reviewing contractual documents.
• Experience supporting defence bid opportunities.
• Strong understanding of commercial law and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead commercial and contract execution strategies across customer and subcontractor relationships.
• Manage all contract lifecycle phases from bid to close-out.
• Negotiate terms with customers and key subcontractors.
• Develop contracting strategies and associated agreements.
• Provide commercial support through the programme lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate commercial risks and issues.
• Forecasting, invoicing and contractual claims management.
