Advantage Healthcare Limited, part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant to support a young client at home in Steyning. The role involves caring for a child who experiences seizures and uses a gastrostomy tube, requiring patience and excellent communication within a family setting.

Shifts include waking night coverage (20:30–08:30) with contingency shifts; a driver is not essential. Free DBS check, full training, and clear career progression are provided.

Qualifications

• Compassionate Complex Care Assistant with experience working with children.
• Experience with children would be beneficial.
