Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen (CCA), part of CCH, is seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant for Brackley. You will work waking night shifts to support a young client at home with their family, focusing on person-centred care and safety.

Experience with children is beneficial. A car and driving licence are required to enable travel to the family home, with full training and DBS covered by the employer.

Shifts:Waking nights | 9:30 pm - 7:30 am | 2 shifts per week

Driver required: Due to the location, a driver is required for this role.

What you'll do

We are seeking a compassionate Complex Care Assistant with experience working with children to support a young client who lives at home with their mum and dad.

The client has epilepsy and experiences seizures, so experience in managing these conditions is desirable.

This role requires patience, understanding and excellent communication skills to provide high-quality, person-centred care within a supportive family environment.

The key tasks with this role include:

• Personal care
• Observations through the night
