Job Description:

• Hybrid working - our approach is to be in the office or on client site a minimum of 2 days per week. The actual time spent and location will vary by role, including up to 5 days per week on a client site.
• This is a 12 month fixed-term contract.
• The working week is 40 hours, from 9 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday.
• We offer a flexible hybrid working model, including work from home options and access to our London (Victoria) office. The role involves weekly travel to Maidstone, with occasional visits to London and Winchester.

Career Opportunity

We are seeking a Complex Case and Innovation Manager to join our Argenti care technology partnership’s Kent service. This role offers an opportunity to contribute to a leading care technology service, helping improve outcomes for vulnerable individuals.

Established in 2013, Argenti is an award-winning partnership with PA Consulting, collaborating with councils nationwide to deliver innovative care technology services, known as TECS or telecare. Our goal is to enable people of all ages to live safer, more independent lives in their homes.

Role Responsibilities

• Oversee our technology roster, collaborating with Argenti partners Red Alert and Appello.
• Identify and evaluate new equipment to enhance our services.
• Test and assess new technology using our established framework.
• Manage the pathway and services for users with complex needs, including escalated activities.
• Review referrals and installation plans, coordinating with partners and Kent County Council.
• Assist in operations management alongside the Service Manager and partners.
• Update policies and procedures in collaboration with partners and the council.
• Conduct quality assurance activities.
• Lead service development and innovation projects, including supporting Kent County Council’s annual innovation sprints.
• Support and deliver training events with Kent County Council TELS Coordinators.
• Design new pathways for different user groups in partnership with stakeholders.

Qualifications and Skills

Essential:

• Experience supporting vulnerable people in health or social care.
• Experience with care technology or related fields.
• Strong motivation to support independent living.
• Excellent communication skills for engaging with partners and producing reports.
• Technical proficiency and aptitude for learning new technologies.
• Collaborative team player.
• Organized with good project management skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
• Good analytical skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

Desirable:

• Experience working with councils in adult social care.
• Experience with care technology installation and usage.
• Experience with monitoring organizations.
• Experience in developing service pathways.
