Job summary

Clover Care is recruiting experienced Complex Care Support Workers and Healthcare Assistants to support individuals across Suffolk. We provide personalised care in clients' own homes, helping them live safely and independently.

Day shifts, waking nights and longer shifts are available. Successful applicants should have previous healthcare or complex-care experience, be able to work independently in a home setting, and be compassionate, reliable and attentive.

Qualifications

• Previous healthcare, community or complex-care experience.
• Ability to work independently within a client's home.
• Willing to complete training and competency assessments.
• Already have the right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Providing one-to-one care within a client's home
• Supporting personal care, mobility and daily activities
• Monitoring wellbeing and reporting changes in condition
• Medication support within your assessed competencies
• Following care plans, risk assessments and clinical guidance
• Maintaining accurate care records
• Communicating with families and healthcare professionals
• Providing companionship and emotional support
