Job summary

CCH in Detling near Maidstone is recruiting for a Complex Care team member. You will support a young adult with an acquired brain injury, non-verbal, with complex needs in a home setting.

Responsibilities include PEG feeds, medication administration and monitoring for seizures. A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are required due to location and transport links. DBS covered and comprehensive induction provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in intermittent catheter care would be advantageous.
• Suctioning machines experience would be advantageous.
• PEJs experience would be advantageous.
• Clear communication skills are essential.
• A full valid UK driving licence with access to your own vehicle is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for a young adult with acquired brain injury who is non-verbal and has complex needs.
• Administer PEG feeds (PEJ), medications and monitor for seizures.
• Support in a home with two dogs and maintain clear communication with the client and team.
