Qualifications

• 2 years or more experience as a Complex Care Support Worker
• Experience with adults with physical complex care needs
• Ability to work across Portsmouth and surrounding areas

Responsibilities

• Support clients in community activities and personal development
• Maintain written records and patient documentation within 24 hours
• Uphold confidentiality and safeguarding in line with policy
• Collaborate with families and carers to support care needs
• Attend mandatory training and contribute to team meetings
• Ensure health and safety and clinical governance standards
