Job summary

Claimont Health is seeking experienced Healthcare Assistants / Support Workers to join our Complex Care team in Chelmsford, supporting adults with Dementia within their own homes. You will deliver person-centred care with a high level of clinical awareness, alongside our Complex Care Lead Nurse and wider clinical team.

The role offers part-time and bank shifts, with opportunities for ongoing professional development and a supportive work environment focused on dignity and consistency in care

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Healthcare Assistant within complex care.
Relevant health or social care qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above preferred).
Diploma in a relevant health or social subject (desirable).
Commitment to delivering client-specific care.
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.

Responsibilities

Support adults with Dementia and physical health needs in their own homes.
Provide personal care and medication support.
Work with Complex Care Lead Nurse and clinical team to ensure safe, effective and personalised care.
