Job summary

Clover Care Group is expanding across Reading and recruiting experienced Complex Care Workers to support a range of packages, including 1:1 and 2:1 care. Roles include day, night and weekend shifts with live-in opportunities. Applicants should have solid complex-care experience and be confident, compassionate carers.

Some packages are gender-specific. Training and competency assessments are provided as part of induction and package requirements.

Qualifications

• Previous professional complex-care experience is essential.
• Solid background in complex care with compassionate approach.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 complex care support to clients.
• Work across a mix of day, night and weekend shifts, including live-in when required.
• Support packages with varied needs while adhering to care plans and safeguarding.

Experienced Complex Care Workers Wanted Reading

Clover Care Group is growing across Reading and we're looking to build a strong bank of experienced Complex Care Workers to support a range of new and existing packages.

We have a mixture of 1:1 and 2:1 packages, with both hourly and live-in opportunities available. Some packages are gender-specific and others are not.

Previous professional complex-care experience is essential. We're looking for confident, compassionate care professionals with experience supporting clients with complex needs.

Depending on the package, competencies may include:

• PEG feeding


• Medication administration


• Catheter care


• Epilepsy & seizure management


• Tracheostomy care


• Ventilation & oxygen therapy


• Suction


• Challenging behaviour


• Learning Disabilties


• Moving & handling


• Personal care

You don't need to have every competency listed. Training and competency assessments will be provided as part of your induction and for package-specific requirements, but applicants must already have a solid background in complex care.
