Josh’s Care Company Ltd in Derby is seeking compassionate Care Workers to deliver person-centred care, helping clients maintain independence and interests while ensuring safety and wellbeing. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

You will work in a flexible pattern, including days, nights, and waking nights, with full-time, part-time and bank shifts available to suit your lifestyle.

• Deliver care in line with best practice, legislative requirements, and company policies.

• Follow individual Care Plans and report any changes in client needs to Senior Carers, Nurses, or Managers.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.
• Encourage clients’ connections with family, friends, and the local community.

Teamwork & Collaboration

• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure seamless, high-quality care.
• Support clients’ relationships with people important to them, if desired.

Professional Development & Leadership

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge and skills through training and development opportunities.
• Act as a role model for other carers and demonstrate professional, polite, and reasonable conduct at all times.

Personal Responsibilities

• Work in accordance with Fundamental Standards and regulatory frameworks, including CQC requirements.
