Josh’s Care Company Ltd in Derby is seeking compassionate Care Workers to deliver person-centred care, helping clients maintain independence and interests while ensuring safety and wellbeing. No prior experience is required as full training is provided.

You will work in a flexible pattern, including days, nights, and waking nights, with full-time, part-time and bank shifts available to suit your lifestyle.

Qualifications

• No prior experience required; training provided.
• Follow Care Plans and report changes to seniors.
• Adhere to Fundamental Standards and CQC requirements.
• Attend statutory and additional training as required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver care in line with best practice, legislation, and company policies.
• Support clients to maintain personal skills, hobbies and independence.
• Follow individual Care Plans and report changes in client needs.
• Promote and safeguard the welfare of all clients.
• Encourage clients’ connections with family, friends and the local community.
• Build strong working relationships with colleagues and multi-disciplinary teams.
• Communicate effectively to ensure high-quality care.
