About the service Tŷ Anwen is a residential complex care and specialist mental health service in Bedwas, Caerphilly, supporting up to 16 individuals living with serious and enduring mental illness, brain injury or other complex care needs. Our team works to a recovery-focused model of care, offering clear therapeutic boundaries and outcome-driven support that builds independence and confidence. About the role This a specific role within our team at Ty Anwen. Working 24 hours per week, over three shifts, Thursday, Saturday and Sunday, you'll be a Complex Care Project Worker, but will be responsible specifically for organising activities and engagement with the residents too. Recent examples of events have included cinema trips, beach trips, a reggae themed night, so you can get creative and really work to provide opportunities that meet the interests of the residents. As a Complex Care Project Worker, you will play a key role in empowering and supporting individuals on their recovery journey. Working as part of a dedicated team, you'll help to develop, implement and review high-quality, person-centred care and support plans that reflect each individual's needs, preferences and aspirations.
