Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, is seeking a dedicated Complex Care Assistant to support a client with complex needs in their own home in Holyhead. You will help the client lead an active lifestyle and participate in community activities.

We value care, compassion and resilience; Welsh language skills are a bonus. Free DBS, full training, flexible shifts and clear progression are offered to join a people-first team.

Qualifications

• You’ll need previous complex care experience to apply for this role, along with plenty of care, compassion and resilience.
• Being able to converse in Welsh would also be a bonus.

Pay: £14.75 days and £15 nights per hour

Shifts: Day and night shifts available | 9 am - 9 pm / 9 pm - 9 am

Driver required: Yes - full UK licence and access to your own vehicle

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly, confident and enthusiastic Complex Care Assistant to support a client with a range of complex care needs in their own home.

Our client enjoys leading an active and fulfilling lifestyle and is passionate about sport, especially cheering on Wales. They also enjoy spending time in the local community, visiting the pub, going to the cinema, attending football matches, and taking day trips to places such as Cheshire Oaks and Liverpool.

We are looking for confident, proactive support workers who can build a positive relationship with the client, provide reassurance when needed, and support them to enjoy the activities they love both at home and in the community.

Both day and night shifts are available, offering flexibility to suit your availability.
