Job summary

Alternative Futures Group is seeking a dedicated Support Worker to help launch new complex care packages across the North West. You will mobilise packages, ensure safety, personalise plans and work with individuals, families and clinicians to deliver high-quality care in home settings.

You will build specialist knowledge through practical training in medication management and other complex care tasks, and you may shadow-train new teams to share best practices.

Qualifications

• NVQ or QCF Level 2 in Care / Promoting Independence or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the mobilisation of new complex care packages across the North West.
• Work with individuals, families and healthcare professionals to tailor support.
• Shadow-train and support new complex care workers to raise care standards.
• Travel to services across the North West to provide short-term care and support.
