Thornbury Community Services is seeking an experienced Community Adult Nurse for complex care in Bodmin, Cornwall. Shifts are Tue, Thu, Fri and Sun, 09:00–17:00, with pay rates of £35.20/hour on days and £44.06/hour on weekends.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK complex care, minimum 6 months in last 2 years.
• Compassionate and resilient with a genuine passion for individualised care.
• Suprapubic catheter care, ileostomy/colostomy management and spinal injury experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care and promote independence for adults at home and in the community.
• Build trust with individuals and families and empower clients to achieve goals and maintain dignity.
