Job summary

Thornbury Community Services in Bodmin, Cornwall is seeking a Community Adult Nurse for Complex Care. The role focuses on delivering person-centred care to adults with complex health needs, including spinal cord injury and suprapubic catheter management, enabling independence and participation in home and community life.

Shifts are Tue, Thu, Fri and Sun from 09:00 to 17:00. Pay rates are £35.20 per hour on days and £44.06 per hour on weekends, with holiday pay.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months UK complex care experience in the last 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred care to adults with complex health needs.
• Promote independence and empower clients to engage in home and community life.
• Provide care for spinal cord injury patients and suprapubic catheter management.
