Job summary

Thornbury Community Services is seeking a Community Adult Nurse for complex care in Bodmin, Cornwall. Shifts are Tue, Thu, Fri & Sunday 09:00-17:00, with pay rates: Days £35.20/hr and Weekends £44.06/hr.

You’ll deliver person-centred care, build trust with clients and families, and empower independence at home and in the community. We are looking for compassionate nurses with UK complex care experience and specific skills in suprapubic catheter care and ostomy management.

Qualifications

• Experience in UK complex care (minimum 6 months in the last 2 years).
• Competence in Suprapubic Catheter care.
• Experience with Ileostomy/Colostomy management and Spinal Injury.

• Deliver person-centred care and empower independence at home and in the community.
• Build trust with individuals and families, promoting safety and dignity.
• Support clients to stay active, learn new skills and participate in daily activities.
