Job summary

360 Community Care in the United Kingdom is seeking an HCA with complex care experience to support young people and adults with complex needs. You will work as part of a team, follow each client's care plan, and respond positively to challenging situations.

This role includes day and night shifts across Plymouth/Devon/Waterlooville, with a strong emphasis on face-to-face communication with non-verbal clients. A clear DBS on the Update Service is welcome.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care.
• Strong face-to-face communication with non-verbal clients.
• At least 12 months' experience as a children's and adults' support worker in the UK.
