Job summary

Ocean Healthcare seeks compassionate Healthcare Assistants to join the Complex Care Team in Plymouth. You will support adults and children with complex needs in 1:1 or 2:1 scenarios, in home and community settings, under a nurse-led clinical team.

Roles are part-time with minimum 12 hours and depend on shift type and complexity. Shifts include days and nights, with hourly pay starting at £13.50.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of UK experience as Healthcare Assistant or Support Worker.
• Full-UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle.
• Two UK work references (one care-related).
• Right to work in the UK.
• Reliable and good communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 or 2:1 support in complex care packages at home and in the community.
• Work with families and our nurse-led clinical team to deliver safe, person-centred care.
• Travel to service users in and around the Plymouth area.
• Support adults and children with complex care and mental health needs.
