Job summary

A leading NHS organisation in London is seeking a Complex Care Delivery Manager for an initial 3-4 month period. This full-time role offers hybrid working and requires a registered nurse, social worker, or AHP with experience in LDA and Mental Health. The successful candidate will manage commissioned services and lead on key panels, ensuring high-quality care for vulnerable adults and children.

Qualifications

• Registered nurse, social worker, or AHP with LDA/Mental Health experience.
• Knowledge of S.117, DoLS, CETR, and CTR panel attendance.
• Ability to lead and contribute as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage commissioned services for Vulnerable Adults and Children.
• Lead and contribute to panel attendance as required.
• Work collaboratively with brokerage and local authorities for funding.
