Job summary

Invictus Complex Care Ltd in Basingstoke is looking for a warm, reliable Complex Care Assistant to support a 22-year-old client in her home and community. This role is not a traditional care-home position, with 3 shifts per week from 07:00 to 19:00.

You will provide personal care, medication administration, and support with activities such as art, cosplays, music and community outings, guided by our nurse-led clinical team.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care or healthcare is desirable, but attitude and willingness to learn matter.
• Full UK driving licence required; driving may be part of the role.
• Comprehensive training provided by the nurse-led clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-to-one support in the client’s home and community.
• Personal care, medication administration, NJ tube feeding, pain management, continence care.
• Rehabilitation and promoting independence, social and community activities, hobbies and interests.
• Create a safe and comfortable environment with companionship and emotional support.
