Job summary

CCH in Wrexham is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy living in their family home. You will provide day-to-day assistance and companionship, with training provided by our nurse-led team.

No prior care experience is required; full nurse-led training and induction are provided, with clear opportunities for progression into senior and leadership roles. DBS check is covered and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• No care experience required; nurse-led training provided.
• Experience with complex care needs is advantageous.
• Must be patient, adaptable and compassionate.

Responsibilities

• Support client with daily life in their family home.
• Assist with care needs related to Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and non-invasive ventilation.
• Provide companionship and monitor wellbeing.
