City and County Healthcare Group Ltd, part of CCH, is seeking a Complex Care Assistant in Wrexham to support our client with daily life in their family home. You will assist with activities and care needs, including managing Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy and non-invasive ventilation, under nurse-led supervision.

No prior care experience is required as comprehensive training and induction are provided; a compassionate, resilient mindset will help you grow within a supportive team and access career

Qualifications

• No care experience required; nurse-led training provided.
• Experience caring for individuals with complex care needs would be advantageous if available.
