CCH in Wrexham is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy living in their family home. You will provide day-to-day assistance and companionship, with training provided by our nurse-led team.

No prior care experience is required; full nurse-led training and induction are provided, with clear opportunities for progression into senior and leadership roles. DBS check is covered and benefits are offered.

Job Description

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support our client with their day to day life in their family home. You will help alongside our client who hasDuchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and requires non-invasive ventilation.

Our client enjoys playing computer games like COD and Fortnight. They also run a 3D printing business, promoting this through their YouTube channel.

What you’ll need

You don't need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training. However, experience in caring for individuals with complex care needs would be advantageous.
