Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen in Wrexham is seeking a friendly Complex Care Assistant to support a client with Duchenne Muscular Dystrophy in their family home. You will assist with daily living and day-to-day tasks, while the client may require non-invasive ventilation.

Training is provided, with opportunities for growth within CCH. Full nurse-led training, DBS checks covered, and a clear progression path into senior roles are offered, along with family-friendly benefits and national relocation

Qualifications

• No care experience required; nurse-led training provided.
• Experience in caring for individuals with complex needs is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Support client with day-to-day life in their family home.
• Assist with client needs including non-invasive ventilation and daily activities.
• Engage in activities (games, hobbies) and promote independence.

What you’ll do

We are looking for a friendly and communicative Complex Care Assistant to support our client with their day to day life in their family home. You will help alongside our client who hasDuchenne Muscular Dystrophy, and requires non-invasive ventilation.

Our client enjoys playing computer games like COD and Fortnight. They also run a 3D printing business, promoting this through their YouTube channel.

What you’ll need

You don’t need any care experience to apply for this role, just plenty of care, compassion and resilience as we provide full nurse-led training. However, experience in caring for individuals with complex care needs would be advantageous.
