Job summary

Dove House in Creswell near Worksop, part of Elysium Healthcare, is recruiting an experienced Complexed Care Healthcare Assistant to support adults with Learning Disabilities, Autism and mental health needs.

You will work as part of a friendly team, providing daily living support, community engagement, and person-centred care. Shifts are 12.5 hours, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends; DBS checks and safe recruitment apply.

Qualifications

• Experience in Complex Care, Learning Disabilities, or Autism.
• Experience with Personality Disorder and Mental Health settings.

Responsibilities

• Support individuals with activities of daily living at home and in the community.
• Complete service user records and provide overall care.
• Assist with personal care as needed.
• Maintain a positive, compassionate, and vigilant approach.
