The role requires a clinical background in autism, complex mental health needs, and personality disorder, with shifts of 12.5 hours across 3-4 days including nights and weekends. Excellent teamwork and record-keeping are essential.

Qualifications

• Clinical background in treating individuals with autism, complex mental health needs and personality disorder is required.
• Shift pattern involves 12.5 hours a day, 3-4 days a week including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Conduct ward rounds and analyse behaviours to adapt care with colleagues.
• Update patient records and provide overall care and support, including assistance with personal hygiene.
