Job summary
Libertatem Healthcare Group in Bradford is seeking a dedicated Male Complex Care Assistant to provide high-quality, person-centred care for a young client with complex healthcare needs. You will support daily living, mobility, clinical tasks including medication administration, and community activities, helping the family with day trips and outings while maintaining dignity and independence.

Qualifications
- Experience providing care to individuals with complex healthcare needs.
- Ability to support with clinical tasks and monitor wellbeing.
- Comfort with lifting, positioning, and mobility assistance.
Responsibilities
- Providing personal care and daily living support
- Assisting with mobility and positioning
- Supporting clinical and complex healthcare needs
- Administering medication as trained and authorised
- Monitoring wellbeing and escalating concerns appropriately
- Supporting community access, leisure activities, and family outings
- Building positive relationships with the client and family
