Alcedo Care is seeking a Complex Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes across Warrington, Widnes and Runcorn. You will provide high-quality, compassionate care to individuals with complex health needs under guidance from our nursing team.

We offer flexible hours (full-time, part-time, casual), training after 1 week, enhanced bank holiday rates, mileage for drivers, and a free DBS check to help you start confidently in a caring, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on care experience in UK care setting (minimum 3 months).
• Comfort with caring for individuals with complex needs.
• Ability to work in people-facing roles with empathy.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centered care to clients in own homes.
• Support individuals with complex health needs including mobility tasks.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to ensure safe, consistent care.
