Alcedo Care is hiring a Complex Care Assistant to join our team in Workington, Cockermouth and Whitehaven. You will deliver high-quality, person-centred support to individuals with complex health needs and be fully supported by our in-house team.

We offer flexible hours, a free DBS check, paid training, enhanced holiday pay and mileage contributions. If you have at least 3 months hands-on care experience in a UK setting, you can apply and help make a real difference in people’s lives.

Qualifications

• At least 3 months hands-on care experience in a UK care setting or family support.
• Care experience in complex needs is preferred but not required to apply.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, person-centred care to individuals with complex health needs.
• Assist with medications, mobility, meal preparation and basic household tasks.
• Provide support with PEG, suction and tracheostomy care as needed.
