CCH is seeking a Complex Care Assistant in Orpington to support a gentleman living with an acquired brain injury. The role emphasizes compassionate, person-centred care, coordination with the care team, and adherence to planning and safety protocols.

We value patience, consistency, and excellent communication. A valid UK manual driving licence and access to a mobility van are required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in complex care is required, especially with PEG feeding, suctioning, catheter and stoma care.
• Medication administration experience is essential.
• Strong communication and mental health awareness are required.

Responsibilities

• Review and follow the client’s support plan daily.
• Adhere to infection control procedures and safety checks on equipment.
• Monitor and administer clinical interventions per training and care protocols.
