Job summary

Alcedo Care is seeking a Female Complex Care Assistant for a 2:1 client in the Poulton area. The role involves providing personal care, mobility assistance, PEG support and medication help within the client’s own home.

You will join a supportive team with specialist training provided, ongoing development, and enhanced pay rates for bank holidays. This permanent, day-shift position offers consistent hours and prompt interviews.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months hands-on experience in a UK care setting or significant relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and support with daily routines.
• Assist with moving, handling and mobility.
• Support PEG care and nutritional needs.
• Assist with medication where required and rescue meds if needed.
• Monitor for and respond to seizures; maintain accurate handovers.
