Job summary

Complete Care Amegreen, part of CCH, is seeking caring professionals in Kettering to support a young man with cerebral palsy and epilepsy. The role involves day shifts and waking nights, driving for day activities, and delivering high-quality personal care including PEG feeds and medications.

Full training is provided; experience in complex care and PEG/ventilator knowledge would be advantageous. DBS checks offered and progression opportunities within the group.

Qualifications

• Experience in a complex care setting.
• Knowledge of neurological conditions such as cerebral palsy and epilepsy is highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal care, administer medication and PEG feeding.
• Make hourly observations and monitor non-invasive ventilator during night shifts.
• Assist with outings and daily activities; accompanying to events and trips.
• Support with moving and handling for non-verbal clients.
• Create a safe, engaging environment and respond to the client’s needs and preferences.
